Cook Drink Eat Spain offers week-long programs in June and October. The classic 6 night/7 day program starts at $5100 per person, double occupancy, and includes six nights lodging at charming hotels in Basque Country. A single supplement is available. Airfare and transfers to the hotel are not included.
Program includes hands-on cooking classes, dinner at a Michelin star restaurant, a cider house visit, cheese tasting, day trip to a winery, other sightseeing tours and excursions, tour bus transportation, all gratuities, and all meals. Meals include local wines or beer. You pay no additional costs once you arrive except for your souvenirs, personal items and alcoholic beverages beyond those provided for during meals.

A hold request for a specific week can be placed for free. After 7 days the hold will be released unless a deposit is made. When we receive your reservation request we will contact you for registration information.
A $500 deposit is required to guarantee your week after the 7 day hold.
The balance is due 90 days before the start of the program.
Payment may be made by credit card, check (US banks), or ACH bank transfer.

- 120 days before start of program – full refund
- 119 days to 46 days before start of program – 50% refund
- 45 days before start of program you will forfeit 100% of your payment.
Please note: Due to the nature of the places that we visit, (small, artisanal producers and family-run businesses) and occasional weather conditions, the itinerary may change. We make every effort to provide the tours and experiences that are described. If on a rare occasion we cannot, an equivalent experience will be substituted.
Guests also have the option of skipping a particular excursion, however, please note that we will be unable to make refunds for any missed meals, classes or excursions.
