Cook Drink Eat Spain - Our classes and excursions immerse you in the delights of the Basque Country. Our tours let you experience the region like a local. From wine tastings at the local vineyards and the best wineries in La Rioja, to drinking cider at a classic sidreria or cider house, to strolls through the back passageways of beautiful cities like San Sebastian, Bilbao and Laguardia. You will sample the local culinary favorites from traditional Basque dishes to the more elaborate avant garde gastronomy it is famous for. You will end your week and celebrate new friendships with a spectacular 7 course dinner at a Michelin starred restaurant.
Accommodations - Our hotels are hand picked to provide top-level hospitality, cleanliness, in safe locations. Charming European style hotels are centrally located in Hondarribia. All are located within minutes of the Bay of Txingudi where you can join the locals for the evening "paseo" or stroll along the boardwalk, the medieval walled fortifications of the "Alde Zaharra/Old Town, and La Marina, the Fisherman's district full of homes built and painted in the traditional colorful Basque style.
